Founded in 1980 by JD Reid and a business partner, the firm began by providing accounting services to small businesses across Arizona. In 1987, Kevin Reid joined the firm as a staff accountant and was admitted as a partner in 1996.
JD Reid retired in 1999, after which Kevin became the sole owner. In 2024, two senior-level accountants were promoted to partner in recognition of their dedication and leadership.
Today, the firm proudly serves family-owned businesses throughout the United States with a team of 12 professionals, most of whom have been with the firm for over a decade.
